I currently attend a MMA school in Newport News, VA and at this particular school I pratice:
JEET KUNE DO
MUAY THAI KICK BOXING
Kali-Eskrima-Silat (weapons)
GROUND FIGHTING
KOREAN ARTS PROGRAM (Hapkido and Taekwondo)

all under one roof. Will this help me become a well-grounded fight if I wanted to compete?

The Muay-Thai definately, ditch the weapons though, I don’t remember using a sword the last time I was in the cage

First answerer is right, you should take a maximum 2 at a time and they should be from different classes (like striking + grappling)
