I am looking to sign up for a beginners class for MMA. Not looking to fight, just looking to train and get in better shape.

The school I currently attend charges $100 a month and $20 dollars per class. Of course you are going to pay more per capita for individual classes than a month or year contract.

My school is $125 a month. Thats 6 jiu jitsu classes, 2 wrestling, 2 judo, 4 boxing/kickboxing/ muay thai classes and 2 everything (mma) classes a week.

I think you need to go to class at least 4 times a week, unless you are into it just for fitness. It will be much more cost effective to sign up to the school for 6 months or a year. But do pay per class a few times to find out if it is something that you would like to do for a full year. Good luck!

i would say it all depends on location location location….i live in a pretty low income neighborhood and classes are 80 bucks a month for training everyday except sunday a month but the same organizatin in pasadena charges like 120 for classes twice a week per month so you can only train 8 days for the whole month but yeah its all on location and if they use those peice of crap contracts
