Well I’m pretty young: 15 and very small only around 100 pounds. I’m about to join a local Mixed Martial Arts gym. I’m just wondering what is the environment like it your Martial Arts Training Gym? My gym has boxing, kickboxing, and jiu jitsu. Personally I’m a little scared because I think when I get in there I’m going to feel real out of place. How do classes work?
