Collegeboard.com shows 162 colleges offer Men’s Judo. You could start your search there.
Princetonreview.com also allows you to search by activity.
Why not go to a stable in the city/town where you’ll be studying? Why does it have to be specifically a school-program?
Those military clubs are garbage, fyi. Comparatively to other options you’d have.

also, I’d really discourage making a choice as important as college based on something like a single club they may or may not offer

the question is where you from? if ur from the philippines there we have many schools who have mixed martial arts, one of that is lorma colleges were i belonged.
