I’m totally addicted to MMA. My favorite fighter is Georges St. Pierre. He’s one of the most well rounded fighters out there right now, which makes him really interesting to watch.

hey hey, and I go with the Natural, Randy Couture is great , the Ali of MMA. He floats like a wasp, and stings like a F-16 .I love that guy. No need for him to keep going as we will always have a new one to test his aresenal. He showed and did what we all, dream of.
Matt Hughes
Anderson Silva the Spider… he kneed the crap out of Franklin, he can submit you at will and he is a skinny guy…
George St. Pierre is a bad ass fighter. But, I’ll go back to a classic fighter Royce Gracie. No other guy could take someone twice his height, nor would they allow it now-a-days.
Current fighter though would have to be Forrest Griffin. He’s a really good fighter and he seems to be constantly improving.
I am a huge fan! My fav fighter would have to be Chuck Lidell even though it seems his carrer is coming to an end. Boxing is of the map to me.
It’s got to be GSP…he is really the best pound for pound, most well rounded fighter in MMA…other that Fedor, of course! Excellent stand up with those long a-s-s arms of his, with great kicks. He is also great wrestler as he demonstrated against Mr. All-American collegiate wrestler Koscheck,. His Jiu Jitus is real fluid as he can easily transition from one submission to another, and he has devastating ground and pound. This guy will reign as top welterweight for a long time…one loss and people start to doubt this guy…some fans they are! Roger Huerta is also an awesome fighter…always exciting to watch and on his way to the top of the lightweight division!
other then fedor well
rodrigo nogueira minotauro he’s current the best (after fedor ofcourse)
My favorite fighter is BJ Penn. This guy has some mad jiu jitsu skills second to none. Although I question his fight preparedness.
i’ve trained for 12 years in savate and pankration. my favorite fighter is randy couture, close second is mark coleman, and third perhaps keith hackney(giant killer)
Georges St. Pierre
Everyone has started to doubt him and it’s only a matter of time before everyone realizes that he’s the best in the world IMO. He’s toppled most of the top 170’s in the world and hasn’t had many problems outside of BJ and Serra.
I know he is not big time, but I LOOOOVE Forrest Griffin!! The guy does not stop unless he is dead. Love that! But Randy, Royce, and Chuck are classics. Ken was Awesome, too, but I never have gotten to see much of him.
I love Rush he is amazing!
Despite of his very one faceted style, I always loved Chuck Liddell, too.
By weight class
P4P Fedor sick transitions between the necessary parts of the game strike throw submission
HW behind fedor Couture :greco and some very technical hands…
LHW -Vanderlai /Shogun in pride :Both for much the same reason both go after it..and shogun is a very wild aggressive striker with good ground game and acrobatic style.Vanderlai has the better clinch and brawl style .
MW-Anderson Silva :Knees from the clinch and precision in his hands and elbows plus a very good ground game
WW-GSP :even though serra kod him I sort of think he took that fight lightly
LW-BJ Penn and sherk for diff reasons….Penn because of his speed and bjj skills plus his heavy hands and ability to even fight at hw against machida which he lost by decision … and Sherk for his wrestling and power
Chuck Liddell!!!! I have almost all of his fights recorded.
I like Georges St. Pierre too, but Chuck is my very favorite, I’m not a fairweather fan.
In no particular order:
Minotauro (second only to Fedor)
Sakuraba (always put on a show)
Vitor Belfort (explosive)
BJ Penn (best p4p BJJ in MMA)
Rickson Gracie (he can run a 40 yard dash in only 37 yards)
Rampage (crazy slams; great personality)
Wanderlei The Axe Murderer Silva (his name is Wanderlei The Axe Murderer Silva, ’nuff said)
Royce Gracie (started it all)
Some choices I hold in high regard:
Randy The Natural Couture, although his MMA career might be over since he says he is leaving the UFC.
Anderson Spider Silva, an amazing Muay Thai practicioner who has decimated Rich Franklin not once but twice.
Cheik Kongo (sorry I think I have the spelling of his first name wrong) This guy is an up and comer who I see as possibly a huge threat to Rampage in the future.
Gabriel Gonzaga–despite a loss to Randy Couture I have high hopes for Gonzaga. If he learns from his last fight (and does not get his nose broken again) he will definitely be a strong heavyweight competitor.
George St Pierre–sure he lost to Matt Serra but I feel that he was simply having a bad night and was unfocused. It is a good possibility that Serra will lose to Matt Hughes, and then Hughes will lose to St Pierre again.
Diego Nightmare Sanchez–at one time thought to be almost unstoppable, he has lost focus since getting married to a ring girl. I think that Sanchez will focus his unparalleled introspection on himself and again regain his focus to be one of the best fighter in the UFC.
BJ Penn–considering the steroid controversy with Sean Sherk Penn will be fighting Big Daddy Stevenson and I assume he will win. If and when Sherk returns I think that he might be defeated by Penn, although Sherk is amazingly strong.
There are many more but I could honestly go on for awhile with so many good fighters. Among these I am unsure who is my favorite.
